Our Story
Our History
Cine Spark grew from a personal need. We had just purchased our first home, a 3 bed semi-detached in Burgess Hill with absolutely no storage and little available space to fit any. At the time I was working as an electrician and my wife as a designer. We're not sure if it was the algorithm, or just by chance, but while doom scrolling Instagram, somewhere between all the wedding related posts was a show-stopping media wall. It completely stopped us in our tracks.
It was beautiful, and like nothing either of us had seen before. It made a strong statement in the room, yet looked like it was always meant to be there. The TV was centerer, square shaker style cupboards sat end-to-end, a perfect solution to all of our storage issues, and above them, 3 built in plastered shelves displaying an array of perfectly lit decorative objects. This wasn't just a Livingroom, it was showroom worthy, and it was the perfect renovation project to turn our new house into our home.
With most of our savings gone after buying our first home, I was determined to create something special myself, and quickly realised this was no ordinary DIY. It needed true craftsmanship. So, with a few trusted trades and a lot of professional expertise, I set out to build it. The end result? A media wall we were genuinely proud of, and one that caught the attention of a customer while I was working on their electrics. When they asked if I could build one for their home too, Cine Spark was born.
From One Wall to Many
What started as a personal project has since grown into a specialist business. 350+ media walls later, today Cine Spark is now supported by a trusted team of skilled designers, carpenters, electricians, plasterers and decorators, all committed to creating bespoke media walls and furniture that elevates living spaces.
We don't just build media walls - we transform homes. Over the years, we've learned exactly what works (and what doesn’t) when it comes to designing media walls that are as functional as they are beautiful. What used to be a head-scratching challenge is now a refined, end-to-end service.
