At Cine Spark, we’re committed to creating beautifully crafted bespoke media walls, delivered with professionalism and care. To ensure clarity and peace of mind for both you and our team, we’ve outlined the following Terms and Conditions.
By booking a project with Cine Spark Media Walls Limited, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help, just reach out at hello@cinespark.co.uk.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, please note that deposits are non-refundable once an order is placed.
If Cine Spark Media Walls Limited needs to amend the project start date and a new installation date cannot be agreed within 14 days, the customer is entitled to a full refund, less any purchases made on the customers behalf (e.g. fires) that will remain the customers' property.

Payment Policy

Prompt payment ensures we can keep your project on schedule. All payments must be made on time in line with the agreed payment schedule. If payment is delayed, we reserve the right to pause or cancel any further works until payment is received in full.

Ownership of Goods
​​
All media wall components, including cabinetry and bespoke joinery, remain the property of Cine Spark Media Walls Limited until full payment has been received. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to retain or recover all goods.

Image & Video Rights
​​
We are proud of our craftsmanship and often showcase our bespoke media wall designs to inspire future clients.
Cine Spark Media Walls Limited (and our associated brand, AtHome Bespoke) reserves the right to take photographs and videos of completed projects and works in progress. These may be used for marketing purposes including on our website, printed materials, and social media. Your privacy is important to us, and no personal or identifying information will ever be shared without your consent.

Project Timeline & Delays

To ensure a smooth and timely installation of your bespoke media wall, we kindly ask that:

Clear and uninterrupted access to the installation area is provided on the agreed dates.

If your property is a flat, apartment, or has restricted access (e.g. limited parking, stair-only access, timed entry, noise restrictions), please notify us of these details at the time of booking.

Any additional costs incurred due to lack of access, such as parking fines, delayed start times, additional days on site, or permit charges, incurred as a result of unknown restrictions may be invoiced to the customer.

Clear communication in advance helps us deliver the best possible service, on time and without disruption.

Design Ownership

All designs, layouts, and bespoke configurations created by Cine Spark are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Cine Spark Media Walls Limited, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customer Responsibilities: Access
​​
To help your media wall installation go smoothly, we kindly ask that access to the installation area must be clear and available on the agreed dates.
if flat / apartment or limited access, customer must let us know what these limitations are at the time of booking. Any incurred expenses resulting from these such as parking fines due to no permit being supplied will be added to the final invoice.

Warranty & Aftercare

We stand behind the quality of our bespoke workmanship. Every Cine Spark media wall comes with a 12‑month workmanship warranty from the date of completion, covering structural defects. Normal wear‑and‑tear, accidental damage, and alterations made after installation are excluded.
If you identify an issue, please notify us in writing within seven days of discovery and allow reasonable access for inspection and remediation. As a family‑run business, we value open communication and the chance to resolve concerns promptly; publishing negative feedback before we have had a fair opportunity to investigate and put things right may render this warranty void.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or policies. Any changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately.
